Stories We Made In The Bay

Stories We Made in the Bay

The Bay has its own rhythm. Slower in some ways, wilder in others. The kind of place where a bottle gets opened on a hillside overlooking the water, or around a table that runs long into the evening because no one wants to leave.

Stories We Made in the Bay is a large-scale wall sculpture built entirely from reclaimed natural wine corks. Each one traveled here from a vineyard, a cellar, a dinner worth remembering. Gathered, sorted, and composed by hand, they come together not as waste, but as witness.

Wine country has always understood that the land holds memory. So does this work.

That's the quiet truth at the center of every piece I make: the material already carried meaning before I touched it. My job is simply to make sure none of it gets lost. The corks don't disappear into a landfill. The moments don't fade into forgetting. Both get to stay.

Built From Moments. Nothing Wasted.
